Job Description
ADDITIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
● Excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
● Proficient in any computer programming languages such as PHP, Python and Java
● Knowledgeable in MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle database technologies;
● Knowledgeable about IT emerging technologies
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
● Sound and analytical problem solving skills;
● Proficient in process management, and systems analysis and design
● Excellent in verbal and written communication
● Able to work in a team set up;
● High motivated and can effectively deliver quality output and on schedule.
PRIMARY TASKS:
1. Operates assigned information systems;
2. Generates and interprets data from the database;
3. Ensures all data mining and generated reports yields correct interpretation of the data stored in the database;
4. Prepare payroll schedules and facilitate the downloading of CSV-payroll files for uploading to LBP Electronic Banking System Unit via LBP Virtual Private Network (VPN) website and sending to DSWD Field Offices via email/FO File Transfer Protocol (FTP) link (Payroll List, Summary, forms and CSV-payroll files);
5. Respond to payroll queries and communications. (CSV File Transfer, discrepancies reconciliation – Regular payrolls, etc.);
6. Coordinate with other PMOs and external offices in the facilitation of UCT activities (notification, registration, payout and card distribution;
7. Provide technical assistance to facilitate UCT-related activities;
8. Prepare and submit documentation of tasks performed and service rendered;
9. Performs other project related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
