Job Description

 We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the following vacant Contract of Service (COS) positions in Centers and Residential Care Facilities (C/RCFs) and Field Office:

 

Position Title                :           Psychologist III

Number of vacancy    :           Sixteen (19)

Salary Grade              :           18 (Php 40,385.00)

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education                    :           Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

 

Experience                  :           Two (2) years relevant experience

 

Training                       :           Eight (8) hours relevant training

 

Eligibility                      :           RA 1080 (Registered Psychologist)

2.    Updated Resume and Personal Data Sheet with detailed job description/functions and must indicate character references.

3.    PHOTOCOPY of the following:

·         Bachelor’s Degree Certificate

·         Transcript of Records and Diploma

·         Certificate of trainings/ seminars attended/ employment

·         Valid PRC Report of Rating and License

 

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to June 2018):

 

Request for extension of submission will not be entertained.  Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED.
