 Review accomplished compiance verification forms prior to encoding and submission to the Field Office; Prepare summary report on CVS submission and compliance vis-avis total targets submission to ther geographical assignment; Monitor and analyze trends of compliance and identify issued and recommend appropriate actions by POO; Coordinates and facilitates monthly system meetings; Assist the Field Office-Based Coordinator in monitoring and ensuring timely and complete distribution and retrieval of CV Forms to POO vis-a-vis their target schools, and health centers; Assist in reviewing, encoding, verifying, and recommending CVS data for the approval of the Regional Director as per prescribed/approved timeline;  Interested and qualified applicants should signify interest in writing, addressed to:       REBECCA P.
