DSWD Field Office XII has vacant positions under Pantawid Program.
Position : Project development Officer II/ML (1)
Employment Status : Contractual
Salary Grade : 15
Preferred Qualifications and Standard:
A. CSC- Prescribed QS
EDUCATION: Bachelor\'s Degree in Social Work or Allied Social Science
TRAINING: 4 hours of relevant training
EXPERIENCE: 1 year of relevant experience
B. Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Social Science, Community Development or allied sciences
TRAINING: at least 24 hours’ training in community organizing and at least 24 hours’ training in case management
EXPERIENCE: at least 6 months experience in community organizing for graduates of social work and community development, or at least 1 year experience in community organizing for graduates of other courses
ELIGIBILITY: Preferably Registered Social Work
