Job Description

 ·         Establish, develop and sustain partnership with LGUs to augment the supply side requirements and address supply side gaps of the program.

·         Maintain a databank of all partnership agreements with LGUs at the regional and local levels to ensure alignment, complementation, and equity in supply side provision.

·         Represent the Regional Office and NPMO in meetings, consultations, workshops, dialogues, and other similar activities related to LGUs partnership development.

·         Monitor and evaluate implementation of the partnership agreements together with the corresponding LGUS.

·         Document the process and outcome of all monitoring and evaluation conducted. Maintain files of all M & E documents.

·         Analyze filed level data and provide feedback to concerned offices and personnel.

·         Ensure that supply side assessment are presented and discussed during advisory committee meetings.

·         Communicate supply side and partnership-related policies to the regional, provincial, and municipal level staff of the Pantawid Program.

·         Ensure that agreements during the RAC meetings are integrated in the Pantawid policy manuals.

·         Conducts program orientation and capacity-building for operations staff, partner LGUs and stakeholders at the local level.

·         Coach field staff in identifying, initiating, and building partnership with LGUs.

·         Prepare materials, data and other information need by the advisory committee.

·         Spearheads the conduct of the quarterly Regional Advisory Committee/Regional Inter-Agency Committee (RAC/RIAC) meetings. Present LGU partnership updated during meetings.

·         Coordinate the conduct of onsite/field monitoring by the inter-agency committee members and other partners at the national level.

·         Document the process and outcome of the RAC/RIAC meetings and field monitoring activities. Distribute and maintain files of all related documents.

·         Coordinate and disseminate information related to LGU partnership and the work of the RAC/RIAC.

·         Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Regional Program Coordinator and the Regional director.
