We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows: 

 

 

Position Title                :           Project Development Officer II (Regional Monitoring and

Evaluation Officer)

 

Number of vacancy    :          One (1)

Salary Grade              :           15 (Php 26,192.00)

Location                      :           Regional / Field Office

Reports to                   :           Regional Program Coordinator (Pantawid)               

 

 

Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

 

Education                    :            Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

                         

   Experience                  :           One (1) year relevant experience

 

   Training                       :            Four (4) hours relevant training

 

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

                        Education                    :           Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences

 

Experience                  :           1 year of relevant experience of Project Monitoring and

                                                Evaluation

 

Training                       :           4 hours of relevant training on Project Development,

Monitoring and Evaluation

·         Certificate of trainings/seminars attended/ employment

·         Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)

·         Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)

 

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (C.Y. 2016 and January to June 2017):  

 

Request for extension of submission will not be entertained.  Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED.
