Job Description
1. Conduct assessment on referrals and prepare Parenting Capability Assessment and case study reports of children, women and other cases needing further intervention;
2. Review case study reports referred to the regional office with technical inputs and comments;
3. conduct monitoring and provide Technical Assistance to LGUS/CCAs on handling and managing cases of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), Children in Need of Special protection (CNSP) and other vulnerable sectors;
4. Conduct capability training activities to program implementation;
5. Prepare and submit substantive Narrative and Statistical Reports (monthly and quarterly), inventory of cases and other reports required;
6. Conduct LSWDO functionality assessment and monitor implementation of TARA plans;
7. Contribute articles/press release to SMU;
8. Develop and submit new innovations, strategies and good practices in relation to program implementation;
9. Performs duties and functions on disaster-related activities;
10. Maintain records and data bank of cases managed;
11. Monitor and process liquidation of funds requested and downloaded to the program;
12. prepare and submit to the concerned bureaus all feedback and documentation of activities conducted in relation to program implementation;
13. Conduct advocacy activities to strengthen program implementation;
14. Provide direct counselling;
15. Provide case management of cases;
16. Collaborate with other agencies in the implementation of program and services;
17. Implement existing policies and guidelines.
18. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, ARD and RD.
