Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows:
Position : Five (5) Social Welfare Officer II
Place of Assignment : Crisis Intervention Unit
Salary Grade : 15
Item Numbers : Contract of Service
Compensation : Php 30,321.50
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training
Experience : One (1) year relevant experience
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
Interested applicants who meet the required qualifications may submit the following documentary requirements to the Human Resource Development Section of DSWD-NCR with office address at #389 San Rafael corner Legarda Streets, Sampaloc, Manila on or before March 31, 2017
1. Application letter addressed to Mr. VINCENT ANDREW T. LEYSON, Regional Director;
2. Updated Resume and two (2) copies of Personal Data Sheet with detailed job description/functions and must indicate character references.
3. Photocopy of the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (if applicable)
· Transcript of Records and Diploma
· Certificate of trainings/seminars attended/ employment
· Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
· Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to December 2016):
Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED. In view of the volume of applications received by the Department, all applications are subject to assessment and only qualified applicants shall be notified for examination.
