Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Health and Allied Services Section has a vacant Administrative Assistant II (Nursing Assistant) position SG – 08 under a Memorandum of Agreement with monthly compensation rate of Php14,931.00. Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Completion of at least two (2) years studies in college
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : None Required
Additional Requirements/Competencies:
- Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- With good coordination, communication and report writing skills
- Records Management
- Patient Care and Clinic Management
- Has commitment to Social Protection and Development
- Flexible and with initiative
- Computer Literate
- Can deliver excellent results
Primary Functions:
v Reviews and records incoming/outgoing correspondence.
v Provides simple treatment and first aid when necessary.
v Assists the Medical Specialist in the treatment of patients.
v Keeps and maintains files of all records and documents including health records of staff.
v Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned.
