Job Description

 We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Emergency Assistance Section - Crisis Intervention has a vacant Social Welfare Assistant position with item no. OSEC-DSWDB-SOCWAS-261-2004, SG–08 with a monthly compensation rate of  Php14,931.00.  Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):    

 

 

 

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

 

Education                    :           Completion of two years studies in college

Training                       :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience                  :           One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility                    :           Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

Primary Functions:

 

v  Implements various programs, services and related activities to meet the needs of the Unit/Section

v  Prepares and submit assessment reports;

v  Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs and POs for further intervention and assistance;

v  Attend regular staff meetings and group conferences;

v  Submit periodic reports to the immediate supervisor related to activities and service rendered

v  Performs all other related tasks as may be assigned.
