Job Description

Primary Functions:
- Provides quality pediatric nursing intervention, makes an accurate nursing diagnosis, and refers immediately to the Medical Officer;
- Assists the doctor in the medical assessment and management
- Handles training on nursing care;
- Applies simple treatment and first aid when necessary
- Attends to sick clients;
- Assists in dietary, hygiene and environmental sanitation services;
- Coordinates with other services, hospital in relation to rehabilitation of the clients
- Refers or recommends clients needing medical check-up and evaluation;
- Prepare reports and other documents, as part of the medical unit collaborative documentations;
- Performs all other related tasks as may be assigned.
