DSWD Field Office XII has vacant positions under Pantawid Program.

 

 

Position                                : SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER IV (1)

Employment Status        : CONTRACTUAL                      

Salary Grade                      : 22

 

 

Preferred Qualifications and Standard:

A. CSC- Prescribed QS

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

TRAINING:  16 hours of training

EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience

 

B. Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based)

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, Community Development, Social Sciences.

TRAINING:  at least 24 hours’ training in community organizing and at least 24 hours’ training in supervision/management.

EXPERIENCE: at least 2 years’ experience in community organizing for graduates of social work and community development or at least 3 years’ experience in community organizing for graduates of other courses, with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
