Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD - National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows:
Position Title : Project Development Officer II (Beneficiary Data
Management Officer)
Number of vacancy : One (1)
Salary Grade : 15 (Php 26, 192.00)

Location : Regional / Field Office
Reports to : Regional Program Coordinator (Pantawid)
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : One (1) year relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours relevant training
Preferred Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences
Experience : 1 year relevant experience related to project monitoring and
evaluation, management, report writing and information
systems management
Training : 4 hours training related to data gathering and analysis and
information management

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to June 2016):
