Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows:
Position : One (1) Occupational Therapist III
Place of Assignment : Elsie Gaches Village
Salary Grade : 18
Item Numbers : Contract of Service
Compensation : Php 33, 452.00
Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Occupational Therapist)
Interested applicants who meet the required qualifications may submit the following documentary requirements to the Human Resource Development Section of DSWD-NCR with office address at #389 San Rafael corner Legarda Streets, Sampaloc, Manila or via electronic email to hrdsdswdncr@gmail.com with attached scanned requirements on or before November 7, 2016.

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to December 2015):
Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED.
