Job Description
 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   ·         Performs variety of administrative and technical inputs in maintaining the confidential nature of sensitive documents; ·         Screens and vies all communications and official document prior to submission to the higher authority for signature and or action; ·         Examines request for reconsideration of decision on various referred to the office; ·         Interviews and screens persons seeking assistance and refers to appropriate authority; ·         Prepares agenda for meetings and assumes responsibility for distribution and follow-ups in the implementation of decisions or plans arrived and exercise supervision over clerical staff. ·         Performs other related task as may be assigned by the Regional Director.
