Job Description
 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   ·         Supervises and ensures the seamless procedures pertaining to procurement, supply management and   inventory and disposal of unserviceable properties and equipment; ·         Prepare and endorse for approval the Annual Regional Inventory of Physical Plants and Property and other related and other related or similar reports; ·         Coordinate the conduct of the annual inventory of physical plants and property of the regional office; ·         Recommend and develop policy guidelines on management of  property, supplies, materials and equipment; ·         Interpret and implement policies, rules and regulations related to property management, inventory and disposal systems and procedures; ·         Review and sign requisition and issue slips   ·         Attend to administrative matters of the organizational unit; ·         Attends inter-office/agency meeting re: procurement and supply and propety management matters; ·         Recommends and develops policy guidelines on management of  property, supplies, materials and equipment; ·         Act as resource person in procurement and property and supply management ·         Prepare the work program of  the organizational unit; ·         Organize leads controls, and evaluates the activities of the organizational unit; ·         Motivates subordinates; provides advisory services; ·         Perform other related task as required by the Division Chief, Asst. Regional Director and Regional Director
