Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise procurement and property maintenance;
· interpret and implements policies, rules and regulations relative to supply laws and procurement system;
· review and initials requisition and issue slips; request and purchase order contracts with reference to procurement system;
· Sign canvass documents and bid forms;
· Sign and recommend payment to voucher;
· Attend to administrative matters of the division; attends to inter-office/agency meeting re: procurement matters; provides policy guidelines on property maintenance, repair of building, vehicles, storage, and other equipment;
· Act as resource person in the bidding process of the BAC
· Perform other related task as required by the Asst. Regional Director, and Director
