Job Description

 We wish to inform you the DSWD – National Capital Region is writing applicants for the vacant position with details as follows:

 

Position Title             :           Administrative Assistant III (Senior Bookkeeper)

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

 

A. CSC-Prescribed QS

 

     Education              :          Graduate of any 2-year course or at least has completed two (2)   years in college

                         

        Experience            :           One (1) year relevant experience

 

        Training                :           Four (4) hours relevant training

 

         Eligibility              :           Non-required

 

B. Preferred Qualifications (Competency Based)

 

·         Computer Operation (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)

·         Recording and Filing

·         Attention to details

 

 

 

 

 

ü  Interested applicants who meet the required qualifications may submit the following documentary requirements to the Human Resource Development Section DSWD-NCR with office address at #389 San Rafael cor. 1.    Application Letter addressed to MR. VINCENT ANDREW T. LEYSON, Regional Director.

2.    Updated Resume and Personal Data Sheet with detailed job description / functions and must indicate character references.

3.    Photocopy of the following:

·         Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (if applicable)

·         Transcript of Records and Diploma

·         Certificate of trainings/seminars attended / employment

·         Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)

 

ü  Internal Staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least VERY SATISFACTORY for the last rating period (January to December 2016).

 

ü  Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered DISQUALIFIED. In view of the volume of applicants received by the Department, all applications are subject to assessment and only qualified shall be notified for examination.
