JOB DESCRIPTION | |
Under immediate supervision, performs supervisory functions to staff in the implementation of dormitory policies, rules and regulations, formulates, initiates house rules and regulations; and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Provides supervision to staff and activities of the dormitory, 2. Develops/recommends systems/process enhancement on dormitory/facility management. 3. Coordinates/arranges schedule of activities of the dormitory/facility. 4. Reports and arranges repairs of facilities. 5. Initiates strategies for more effective dormitory/facility services. 6. Prepares and submit reportorial requirements of the dormitory/facility. 7. Prepares and monitor budget allocation for the maintenance/up keep of the dormitory/facility. 8. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
