Proficient with office productivity, GIS software, and operation center ICT equipment; 4. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and 5. Willing to be deployed in disaster areas. | |
Specific Responsibilities and Tasks | |
The Project Development Officer IV (PDO IV) shall monitor DROMIC compliance to the deliverable and commitments, facilitate policy formulation and development, review reports and other documents prepared by the unit and renders technical assistance to data analysis, and preparation of technical reports. The PDO IV shall be under the supervision of the Assistant Bureau Director, DREAMB. The task will include field work during disaster response operations.
Expected Outputs:
1. Daily staff operations report and emergency operations report 2. Preparation of DRRM related reports required and due from DROMIC 3. Ensure business continuity of DROMI-DReAMB 4. Provide technical assistance to Field Offices 5. Actively participate in DReAMB and Response Cluster Activities
