Experience

2 years and above of experience in program/project planning.

Training

At least (8) hours training related to Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

Additional Requirements

1.       With good written and oral communication skills;

2.       Domain Knowledge on project management/program planning/data management;

3.       Proficient with Office productivity, project management, business intelligence and operation center ICT equipment;

4.       Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and

5.      Willing to be deployed in Disaster Areas 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The PO III shall perform planning functions relative to policy formulation or data generation, utilization, dissemination, data analysis and does related work. The PO III shall monitor projects and programs using set tools. The task may include field work during disaster response operations.

EXPECTED OUTPUTS:

Ø  Daily Staff Operations Report

Ø  Empirically based DRRM Accomplishment Reports

Ø  Monitor DRRM activities per set targets

Ø  Technical assistance to Field offices

Ø  Actively Participate in DREAMB and Response Cluster Activities
