Experience

2 years and above of experience in Geographic Information Systems/Data Analysis

Training

At least (8) hours training related to DRRM.

Additional Requirements

1.       With good written and oral communication skills;

2.       Domain knowledge on situational awareness, data management, data analysis and data representation, Emergency communications and Business Continuity Management;

3.       Proficient with Office productivity, GIS software, and operation center ICT equipment;

4.       Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; and

5.       Willing to be deployed in Disaster areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The AO V shall perform administrative and technical functions of the DROMIC operations monitoring and data management. The critical tasks are to collect, manipulate and analyze data, Prepares reports, which may be in the form of visualizations such as graphs, charts and dashboards, detailing the significant results they deduced. The AO V shall collaborate with IMB to ensure access of DROMIC to the enterprise data warehouse. The task may include field work during disaster response operations.

A.                 Job Output:

Ø    Daily staff operations report

Ø    DRRM related reports

Ø    Ensure accessibility, currency and integrity of the DReAMB disaster Data store

Ø    Technical assistance to field offices

Ø    Actively participate in Dreamb and response cluster activities
