Job Description

 1.       Assesses qualifications of applicants vis-a-vis qualification standard of position.

2.       Conduct background information/characted check to applicants

3.       Assists in the preparation of long list/short list

4.       Retrieves CV’s of applicants in active files, portal, walk-in, e-mail, referral

5.       Prepare regret letters (MOA)

6.       Prepares/Draft regret letter to applicants who “Did not show up” during schedule exam.

7.       Schedule for interview and exam for regular position

8.       Maintaining of database of staff.

9.       Performs other related tasks needed by the project
