·         Provide on-line supervision, tracking and monitoring of cases through the electronic Social Case Management system(e-SCMS);

·         Assist the LGU social workers I the Social Welfare Development Indicators(SWDI) administration and conduct of social case management to ensure the improvement in the level of well-being of the Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries;

·         Review cases prepared y the LGU social workers and provide necessary technical inputs and recommendations;

·         Ensure that social workers are able to comply with required number of caseload and that social case study reports are prepared;

·         Ensure that gender responsive case management is being applied to appropriate cases;

·         Provide regular coaching/mentoring to local social workers and facilitate the conduct case conference;

·         Prepare and submit feedback reports after the conduct of activities, e.g. mentoring/coaching, case conference, etc.;

·         Provide technical assistance in the use of SWDI and electronic case management system(e-SCMS);

·         Determine appropriate enhancements in the SWDI and the e-SCMS based on issues raised by LGU social workers;

·         Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of SIPAG project;

·         Submit monthly accomplishment report to the field office;

·         Provide recommendations necessary for the successful implementation of SIPAG; and

·         Perform other tasks as may be required by the Project.
