Job Description
- Conduct agency visit and provide technical assistance on the compliance of documentary requirements for possible registration;
- Follow-up advocacy letters/conduct agency visit and provide technical assistance on the compliance of documentary requirement for possible licensing;
- Reviewed/prepared Social Case Study Reports;
- Retrieval of ABSNET workplan/monitoring/coordination with ABSNET regarding workplan implementation;
- Monitoring of SWD agencies;
- Assessed Minors Travelling Abroad/Parental Travel Permit Applicants;
- Monitoring of distribution plan as standard requirement per A.O. 53 series of 2003;
- Provide administrative supervision over retained staff and conduct monthly meeting;
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance of records, equipment, building and its surroundings;
- Initial, endorse report/documents (DTR, PAM, Application for Leave, DV’s and other communications);
