Job Description

 One (1) Computer Maintenance Technologist III 

Salary Grade 17 – (Php29,028.00/month)

Contract of Service (COS)

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

A.  CSC – Minimum Qualification Standards

Education  : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training  : Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training

Experience  : Two (2) years of relevant experience

B.  Additional Requirements:

1)  Certificate of Eligibility/  Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level 

Eligibility

2)  With good oral communication and report writing skills.

3)  Computer literate.

4)  Willing to travel in Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro.

C.  Specific Responsibilities and Tasks:

1)  Provide intermediate to advance services to all SIPAG areas of implementation;

2)  Manage and maintain the network infrastructure being used in SIPAG areas of 

implementation;

3)  Assist in the implementation of ICT service management and business 

continuity  management policies for SIPAG/SPSI Information System;

4)  Serve as service support engineer for the maintenance of all SIPAG/SPSI end-user computing 

assets;

5)  Perform configuration management guidance to SIPAG PMO and end-users;

6)  Maintain the configuration management database of all SIPAG end user computing assets;

7)  Manage the deployment of desktop software including standard operating system, office 

productivity and client security;

8)  Provide second tier technical assistance to SIPAG/SPSI end users;

9)  Actively participate in DSWD ICT governance; and

10)  Perform other tasks as may be required by the project.
