Job Description
· Supervise the overall implementation of the Beneficiary Data Management n the region;
· Act as the main person the NPMO and partner agencies shall talk and call with whenever necessary about the cluster’s implementation, and encountered issues and concerns;
· Ensure the use of the Division’s and Pantawid Pamilya’s Operation OM in the implementation of the program;
· Initiate preparation and submission of reports relative to the status ad operational issues and concerns of the Division at the region to the NPMO;
· Review and recommend for appropriate action of the concerned Unit/Division reports/communication submitted by the Cluster Beneficiary Data Officers (CBDOs);
· Encode (if needed), review and recommend encoded updates by the FO for the NPMO’s final approval;
· Prepare, review and recommend for approval of reports;
· Coordinate with the concerned RPMO in the monitoring of the submission of the LBP Registration Forms from different clusters after the community assembly;
· Receive and prepare response/acknowledgement reports as necessary;
· Provide technical assistance to the CBDOs and C/MLs;
· Ensure sufficient supplies of Form 5 and Log/Acknowledgement Sheet to the C/MLs;
· Oversee and monitor update reports submission by province;
· Analyze trends in update reports and recommend strategies and actions to address issues on update operations
· Provide technical assistance to the update issues at the provincial operations office level if required
· Conducts random accuracy check on the database and data entry application
· Monitoring of encoding of updates
· Accomplish performance commitment and appraisal
· Performs other related tasks as may e assigned from time to time
