Job Description

 Interested applicants who meet the required qualifications may submit the following documentary requirements to the Human Resource Development Unit of DSWD-NCR with office address at #389 San Rafael corner Legarda Streets, Sampaloc, Manila or via electronic email to 4psdswdncr@gmail.com with attached scanned requirements o or before April 24, 2015.

1.       Application letter address to:

Ø  Must indicate POSITION applying for.

2.       Updated and COMPREHENSIVE resume OR properly accomplished PERSONAL DATA SHEET (PDS) with PICTURE

Ø  Must indicate Character References – to include name, position title, office landline #, and office address of the most RECENT supervisor or employer

Ø  Must indicate JOB FUNCTIONS of previously held positions/employment.

3.       PHOTOCOPY OF:

Ø  For College Graduates – TOR – Diploma

Ø  For Non-College Graduates – Certificate of Units

Ø  For Vocational Courses and HS graduate – Diploma

4.       Copy of ALL Certificates of Employment and trainings/seminar attended

5.       Photocopy of either:

Ø  VALID PRC – issued license

Ø  Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (Prof. or Sub-Prof. Level)

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (January to December 2014):

Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified. In view of the volume of applications received by the Department only qualified applicants shall be notified for examinations.
