 We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows:

B.            Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

                                                                                                                                                                                               

Education            :               Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Training               :               Four (4) hours relevant to the position

Experience           :               One (1) year relevant to the position

Eligibility             :               RA 1080 (Social Worker)

                                               

C.            Job Summary      :

 

v  Assists in planning in the delivery of services and programs of the unit.

v  Leads, organizes and works directly with the team, demonstrate skills and conducts group activities.

v  Promoted organizes and supervises special events and mass group activities or assembles for the unit

v  Assists in the supervision of the staff in the unit

v  Represents DSWD in meetings and conferences and coordinates with other agencies

v  Performs other duties

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (January to December 2014):    

 

Request for extension of submission will not be entertained.  Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified. In view of the volume of applications received by the Department only qualified applicants shall be notified for examinations.
