Job Description

 Relative to the implementation of Pantawid Pamilya, please be informed that DSWD - NCR is inviting qualified applicants to fill-in the vacant position under Memorandum of Agreement vis-a-vis Qualifications Standard:

 

 Position Title               :          Administrative Assistant III (Municipal Roving Bookkeeper)

 Number of vacancy   :          Twenty (20)

 Salary Grade             :           9 (Php 16,051.00)

 Location                     :           Operations Division Regional Office

 Division                      :           Financial Management Unit

 Report to                    :          Field Accountant

 

  Requirements and Qualifications:

 

   Education                  :           Completion in two-year studies in college or high school

                                                    Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course 

   Experience                 :           One year of relevant experience

   Training                     :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

 

Additional Competency Requirements:

 

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other allied course

·      Analytical Thinking

·       Computer Literate

 

    Primary Functions:

Ø  Facilitate distribution and retrieval of compliance verification forms.

Ø  Prepare summary of CVS forms distributed and retrieved and taken note of issues and concerns on meeting the CVS distribution and retrieval and submission to C/ML for appropriate action.

Ø  Facilitate coordination with schools and health centers relative to CVS monitoring and retrieval.

Ø  Review and monitor submission of updates forms in terms of complete attachment of documents/requirements.

Ø  Review and collate submitted GRS forms.

Ø  Assist the Municipal Link in her/his workload and management of cases e.g referrals and coordination in the barangays

Ø  Assists the ML in the overall tracking of beneficiaries.

Ø  Accomplish performance commitment and appraisal

Ø  Performs other related tasks.
