Job Description

 We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows: 

 A.    Position                           :           One (1)  Project Development Officer IV

Place of Assignment      :           National Household Targeting Office

Salary Grade                   :           22

Item Number                  :           Contractual

Compensation                :           Php 42, 652.00

                                                        

B.     Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

                                                                                                                                               

Education                        :           Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

C.   Job Additional Requirements/ Additional Competencies:

                                                                                                                                               

            Education      :           Graduate of bachelor’s degree of any social science courses

            Training         :           Sixteen (16) hours of training similar to research, surveys,

                                                applied statistics, poverty reduction, etc.

Experience    :           Three (3) years of relevant experience along research and

data management, management and supervision

Primary Functions:

 

The Regional Field Coordinator shall report directly to the Regional Deputy Project Manager and perform the following functions:

 

v  Coordinates and conducts fora, trainings, symposia, workshops, orientations, and other activities of similar nature relative to the implementation of the Project.

v  Maintains liaison and networking with local government units and other stakeholders.

v  Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Regional Project Manager.

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
