A. Position : One (1) Administrative Officer V
Place of Assignment : Human Resource Development Section
Salary Grade : 18

Compensation : Php 31,351.00
B. Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility
C. Preferred Qualifications/ Competencies:
Education : Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology,
Human Resource Management/ Development;
Organizational Development and/or other Behavioral and
Allied Social Science Courses
Training : At least four (4) hours training relevant to human
resource management, preferably along competency based recruitment; strategic performance management,
job analysis, employee welfare, workplace/ human
resource rewards and motivation, career development,
organizational development, succession planning, HR
counseling, program development and evaluation.
Experience : Two (2) years along strategic human resource
management and development, that involves competency
based recruitment system, career development, performance management, employee relations, student training and other Human Resource Development Systems.

Job Summary :
Under the supervision of the Chief for Institutional Development Division with some latitude of independent professional judgement and decision making as Head of the Human Resource Development Unit performs supervisory and technical job pertaining to management and development of the Field Office human resources, ensuring that the key offices were provided with the right people at the right time based on the competency requirements, motivated, and ensuring work life balance to facilitate personal & career development of the workforce. Acts as strategic partner, change agent, consulting and delivers excellent human services
