B.  Qualification Standards

Education               : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience              : One (1) year of relevant experience

Training                   : Four (4) hours of relevant training

 

C.   Job Specific Requirements:

Education               : Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration

Experience              : One (1) year related experience in financial management

Training                   : Four (4) hours of relevant training (accounting, budgeting, financial management)

 

D.  Additional Requirement:

Job Summary:

 

The Administrative Officer IV will ensure the accuracy of the Report on Unpaid Cash Grants, the payment thereof on the succeeding pay-out schedule, and safekeeping of other related reports.

 

Job Description:

 

1.     Review and analyse the List of beneficiaries with Unclaimed/ Unpaid Cash Grants submitted by the Field Offices and LBP Conduits.

2.     Assists in the generation of Payroll Files for Prior Period Cash Grants.

3.     Ensure that unpaid cash grants during the current period are immediately paid in the next pay-out schedule.

4.     Coordinates with the FOs regarding the submission of the list of Unclaimed/ Unpaid Cash Grants and other financial issues related to the implementation of the program.

5.     Render technical assistance to the FOs as need arises to facilitate/address reporting and other monitoring issues.

6.     Maintain records of Unclaimed/ Unpaid Cash Grant payments submitted by the FOs and LBP Conduits.

7.     Performs other functions that may be assigned by the FA IV assigned in Pay-out.
