 We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions under the Regional Juvenile Justice Welfare Committee (RJJWC) Field Office with details as follows: 

 Position           :           One (1) Administrative Assistant III

Salary Grade              :           9

Compensation            :           Php 16,051.00

Job Summary:

 

The Administrative Assistant III shall assist in the Social Welfare Officer III (Regional Coordinator) in the performance of the functions of the RJJWC Secretariat in the region by providing administrative and clerical support.

 

Primary Functions:

 

v  Under the immediate supervision, provide administrative support, undertake clerical functions and other related works to ensure that the operations of the RJJWC Secretariat are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner;

v  Type correspondence, reports and other documents, maintain office files, open and distribute official mails and communications, distribute minutes, coordinates repairs of office equipment;

v  Prepare communications, review financial reports, inspect supplies and materials and materials and other related works;

v  Encode / record official communications;

v  Assist in the preparation of advocacy kits, presentation materials and other IEC materials;

v  Provide administrative support during the conduct of RJJWC activities such as workshops, seminars, meetings, monitoring and technical visits, etc.

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
