Job Description

 We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR Sustainable Livelihood Program is inviting applicants for the vacant position with details as follows: 

 

 

A.    Position                             :           One (1) Project Development Officer II

Salary Grade                    :           15

Item Number                    :           OSEC-DSWDB-PDO2-172-2004

Compensation                  :           Php 24, 887.00

 

B.  Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

                                                                                                                                               

Education                   :           Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training                      :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience                  :           One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility                     :           Civil Service Professional/ Second Level eligibility

Primary Functions:

 

v  Plans, direct and monitors the implementation of the self employment assistance program;

v  Determines the viability of SEA projects in terms of marketability, profitability, project management and processiveness;

v  Identifies local resources that can that can be utilized to ensure maximum project management

v  Develops and devises methods, procedures and techniques for efficient and effective implementation of projects

v  Demonstrates operational skills related to the implementation of SLP projects and related social services

v  Provides technical assistance and consultative service to staff implementating the SLP related social services.

v  Conducts periodic review and evaluation of projects and related social services and technical assistance

v  Performs all other assignments that maybe given

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
