B.  Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

                                                                                                                                               

Education                   :           Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training                      :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience                  :           One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility                     :           Civil Service Professional/ Second Level eligibility

D.   Job Summary:

 

            Under general supervision, assists in the development of statistical classification systems and procedures to serve as basis in prescribing standards for uniform methods employed and limitation; does related work.

 

Primary Functions:

 

v  Studies and devises methods and techniques to obtain statistical survey;

v  Analyzes available statistical materials relative to their coverage, methods employed and limitations;

v   

 

v  Evaluates results and statistical surveys and similar inquiries for accuracy, consistency and conformity to standards;

v  Reviews work of statistical aide;

v  Recruits and trains staff for survey interview;

v  Classifies and condenses statistical information and prepares data in textual and tabular forms;

v  Makes analysis of procedure and yearly statistical reports

v  Performs other tasks that may be assigned

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
