Job Description

 

A. Position                                 : Administrative Officer IV

Salary Grade                 : SG-15

Compensation               : Php 24,887.00

Place of Assignment      : Career Development and Employee Relations Division   (CDERD)

 

B. Minimum Qualification Standards

Education            : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience           : One (1) year of relevant experience

Training                : Four (4) hours of relevant training

 

 

C. Job Specific Requirements:

Education         : Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource

              Management and Development or other related social sciences

Training : At least 4 hours of training on human resource management and

  development, capability building, competency profiling and needs

  assessment, career development, succession planning

Experience        : at least 1 year relevant experience involving human resource

  development, capability building, competency-based HR systems

 

Job Summary:

1.     Develop/enhance career development and management guidelines, concept paper, processes and framework;

2.     Prepare reports, correspondences, memoranda relative to career development and management activities;

3.     Conduct competency profiling and needs assessment

4.     Identify, plan, monitor and evaluate learning development opportunities for DSWD employees to address competency gaps

5.     Provides secretariat support for the Personnel Development Committee (PDC)

6.     Prepares documentation report, minutes of the meeting, feedback reports on HR related activities;

7.     Does research, data mining to gather information and data needed by the Bureau;

8.     Provide technical support to the Field Offices/Bureaus/Services/Units on career development and management implementation;

9.     Does other related work as may be assigned by supervisors.

 

Deadline of application and submission of the following is on November 7, 2014:

·         Application letter;

·         Comprehensive resume with job description and 2x2 ID picture; and

·         Certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (to be submitted upon the scheduled exam and interview)

 

If applicable, qualified applicants must also submit copy of duly signed Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment for the period July- December 2013. All applicants must have a Very Satisfactory rating during the last rating period to qualify.
