Qualification Standards Education               : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience              : One (1) year of relevant experience Training                   :Four (4) hours of relevant training   Job Summary   Assists the PDO III in rendering staff work for the Project.   Job Description: ·         Assist the PDO III in monitoring project implementation at the field offices.. ·         Prepare communication/acknowledgement of reports from the FOs and CSOs. ·         Monitor the changes in client stafus of the assigned cluster (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao). ·         Report through official communication the inconsistencies noticed or observed for appropriate action of the unit or Division concerned. ·         In-charge of monitoring compliance and release of payments (grants and fund transfers to CSOs) ·         Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.       Deadline of application and submission of the following is on October 28, 2014: ·         Application letter ·         Comprehensive resume with Job Description ·         Transcript of Records/ Diploma ·         Certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended   If applicable, qualified applicants must also submit copy of duly signed Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment for the period July - December 2013.
