Job Description
We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Finance Division is inviting applicants for the anticipated vacancy of Administrative Officer V under Cash Section.

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility : Civil Service Professional/ 2nd Level Eligibility
Additional competencies
v At least eight (8) hours of training on Financial Management/ Cash and Receipts Management.
v At least one (1) year experience involving Cash Management/ Financial Management/ Disbursement of funds
v Commitment to credible public service
v Managing performance
Primary Functions:
v Directs, supervises, coordinates activities of cash section
v Provides technical and consultative services to special disbursing officers
v Implements administrative policies and attends to routine employee relations problems and conflict
v Prepares annual budget for the section
