We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, National Vocational Rehabilitation Center is inviting applicants for the vacant position of Social Welfare Officer III:

Salary Grade/Salary : 18 {Php 31,351.00}

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of responsible experience in social
welfare and development services
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Social Worker)

Primary Functions:
v Provides technical assistance to center staff
v Executes and implements policies and programs
v Maintains cooperative and harmonious relationship with other entities and agencies.
v Supervises social workers, welfare aides and administrative staff in the performance of their duties
v Assists in the resource generation and utilization
v Facilitates allotment and purchases of training materials and office supplies
v Performs other tasks that may be assigned

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):
