DSWD FO XII has the following vacant positions:

 

1.    FIELD SUPERVISOR (1)

Qualifications:

 

1. Graduate of psychology, behavioral science, social work, education, nursing (unlicensed).medicine (unlicensed), public health or other related fields;

2. Knowledge and experience in research, preferably in the conduct of surveys dealing with children, or have actually worked with children;

3. Proficient with the use of computers;

4. With excellent communication skills and must know at least one local dialect used in the region

5. With excellent interpersonal skills and have the capability to deal with Local Government Units, work with people, work under pressure and meet deadlines;

6. Ability to work independently with strong sense of initiative, self-discipline and self-motivation.

7. Willing to travel around the assigned enumeration areas;

8. Must have a good-working cell phone and knows how to operate such.
