Job Description

 Preferred Qualifications: 

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
Experience : At least 3 months acquired from a regular job or on-the-job-training environment / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Specific Requirements: 
1. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields 
2. Must have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the Agile Development Methodology 
3. Must have an understanding in requirements gathering, system analysis and design; and application development particularly PHP/ MySQL 

4. Knowledgeable in the ICT Infrastructure  

1. Assists the Central Office  ICTMS in coordination with the Information Technology Officer II in the evaluation of deployment information system as well as in the conduct of system analysis and design for purposes of systems development;

 2. Assists in the conduct of studies and researches on appropriate application software, development tools, programming language, etc.; 

3. Assists in the study and analysis of site-specific and user-specific systems requirements and design appropriate solutions; 

 4.Monitors and evaluates ICTMS/ICTMU policy/plan/project implementation and recommends enhancement whenever appropriate and necessary in coordination with the ITO II;

5. Assist the ITO II in the supervision of  the conduct of periodic inventory and assessment of all ICT resources within the field office and recommends the most equitable distribution of these resources among the various offices and units in the FO;

6. Assist the ITO II in the supervision and strengthening of ICT capability building for all FO personnel.

7. Performs other technical tasks related to the position that may be given from time to time.
