Job Description

 1.       Perform a variety of skilled clerical tasks, takes charge in preparation of general correspondence, encoding, recording of outgoing and incoming communications and  other documents

2.       Complies circulars, memoranda, orders, rules and regulations and other papers and/or documents for reference

3.       Maintains the files in the Office of the Assistant Director including those that are in confidential in nature

4.       Provides support services to other units under the Office Assistant Director whenever the Director is on official business or on leave

Preforms secretarial services whenever necessary
