Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) is inviting applicants for the following vacant positions.  Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and Individual Performance Contract and Review (IPCR) rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013):    

 

 

Two (2) Administrative Assistant II

 

Salary Grade/Salary       :           08 {Php14,931.00}

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

 

Education                    :           Completion of two (2) year studies in college

Training                       :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience                  :           One (1) year of relevant training

Eligibility                    :           Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

 

                                               

Additional Requirements/Competencies:

 

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree course an advantage
  • Proficiency in communications
  • Computer Literate, MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Has background in bookkeeping
  • Be able to work beyond office hours and can work well under pressure

 Primary Functions:

 

v  Input statistical data and other information in the SLPIS.

v  Encode a minimum of at least 40 words per minute.

v  Perform other encoding task related to SLPIS updating.

v  Facilitating the RIS/PR

v  HR and Personnel matters

v  Supplies and Equipment

v  Venues for trainings, conferences, seminars, etc.

v  Logistics

v  Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
